Old Walnut Tree Farmhouse

Old Walnut Tree Farmhouse is a luxury high specification home built for a private client with a separate double garage and storage building.

The exterior fabric of the building has been designed and constructed to blend in with the local rural surroundings featuring timber shiplap cladding, handmade clay tiles, oak windows and traditional brick walls.

During its construction extensive ground remediation was implemented to deal with existing contamination issues. A piled foundation and a vented structural slab with a low energy clean air blanket were designed to mitigate these problems.
