Extension & Refurbisment

Employed by the Golf Club on a negotiated basis, the priority of the scheme was to provide a new extension and refurbished facilities within budget cost parameters.

The works had to be scheduled and phased so that the Golf Club could continue to operate at all times. The Gentlemen’s & Ladies changing rooms were refurbished, including new tiling, sanitary ware, cubicles, showers fixtures and fittings. The existing kitchen was altered and upgraded and we refurbished the existing bar and adjacent areas. The new build part of the works was the construction of the new dining room.

The project was completed on time and to budget.
