Student Residential Accommodation

For the past 8 years we have been developing student accommodation in the Parham Road Area for Pavilion Property Group and in conjunction with Canterbury Christ Church University, University College of Creative Arts and Stafford College.

The accommodation has been fine-tuned to meet the most discerning requirements of student occupation while at the same time providing low cost maintenance for the landlord. Each unit comes fully furnished and has IT connections back to the University Campus.
