Stour Promenade

Stour Promenade consists of ten terrace style, three storey residential dwellings. The units were built within two blocks and are designed for student accommodation.

Construction traffic was restricted to the Stour Promenade site with planning conditions preventing access from Glenside Avenue.

This project was built in tandem with another student accommodation project running at the same time and followed on from previous successful projects at Parham Road.

The project was committed to a completion date to suit the academic year and was constructed within a compact programme period.

The dwellings were constructed from a piled slab foundation, timber frame and a combination of brick and clad facades.
