Skelton Group

Skelton Group consisting of Plant Hire, Civil Engineering and Warehousing purchased a large site at Aylesham Industrial Estate commonly known as CT3.

S.T. Abbott was awarded the contract on continual phasing for the development of the CT3 site which was a direct result of the successful completion of the Audi garage at Chartham, owned by the Skelton group of companies.

The development of CT3 consisted of an estate office, plant hire office/workshops and the introduction of incoming services with a service road.

Skelton Group has now moved their entire operation to the CT3 office.

On a continuation basis to develop the whole of the site S.T. Abbott was awarded the next phase of the contract work which entailed providing three very large warehousing units to accommodate a vehicle repair organization and a large distribution company which included all site fencing, security and landscaping.
