Sergeants Parade

Sergeants Parade consists of ten terrace style, three storey residential dwellings. The units were built within two blocks and are designed for student accommodation.

The completion date for this project was essential for the start of the academic year. The most effective methods including piled foundations with structural slab and timber frame was used to ensure that the building was completed within the time frame available.

During the construction process careful environmental planning and consideration was required for the surrounding area and work adjacent to the River Stour.
