Clients are able to draw on our long experience in this field where we are able to advise them on choosing the site, developing plans, obtaining Planning and Building regulations through to the selection of suitable finishings. Where we develop a site for a client we pride ourselves on going that extra mile. We look out for the client's interest in all aspects of the development and act as co-ordinator if required.

We are registered under the Building Guarantee Schemes by both the NHBC and Zurich Municipal.

Student accommodation.

For the past 8 years we have been developing student accommodation in the Parham Road Area of Canterbury for Pavilion Property Group and in conjunction with Canterbury Christ Church University, University College of Creative Arts and Stafford College. The accommodation has been fine-tuned to meet the most discerning requirements of student occupation whilst at the same time providing low cost maintenance for the landlord. Each unit comes fully furnished and has IT connections back to the University Campus.
