The building provides 4 one bedroom flats, 1 two bedroom flat and 1 four bedroom flat. Each bedroom is en-suite and each flat contains full cooking and washing facilities and is provided with IT connections wired back to the university.

The ground floor contains the student village reception, security office and CCTV surveillance hub that monitor the entire student village from a network of cameras hard wired back to Colton House.
