This project consists of a three bedroom detached
bungalow and garage.
The Bungalow built in a former rear garden of an existing
property was managed with enhanced consideration to
the family living there who shared access onto the plot
with the construction traffic.
Piled foundations and a vented structural slab were
used for the project with a traditional superstructure
design.
The property features a rain water harvesting system
that supplies rain water from the roof into toilet cisterns
and external taps.
