Albert Mews

Albert Mews provides student accommodation over two buildings and is a combination of flats and houses providing 71 en-suite bedrooms all meeting multiple housing regulations.

The project had to be completed in order to meet the start of a new term. This fast track construction therefore utilised house deck piled foundations and timber framing in order to achieve the timescale required.

The construction features full height glazing with Juliette balconies, a combination of flat and curved roofs and a mix of brick and coloured weatherboard.
