A Gomez Ltd, Canterbury – G3

This multi phased Industrial project is an extension to existing distribution facilities. This new steel framed clear span structure to provide 26,000 square feet of additional cold storage was constructed between two existing buildings. The project included covered walkways, interfaces with existing buildings including several complicated penetrations for conveyor systems, a new plant room and IT control room, a new two storey office extension and external works providing approximately 37,000 square feet of additional concrete and tarmac loading bay and car-parking space.

In addition to the new build works, alterations were phased and carried out within existing buildings to provide further cold storage space.
